I got a call from RBL bank for getting credit card and after several rejections of the calls, I admitted to issue one.

Now, I got a credit card from RBL and kept in my drawer.

One day I got a call from RBL saying that please use this card else you have to pay huge fees.

I used it and after several months, I got another offer from RBL for another card as supp card. I agreed and got it after several days.

I try to use it but denied.

I used the previous card and paid them the amount spend before time.

At the end of 2017, I got threatening calls from bank to pay else they will sue me. Even the collection executive named Jitendra came up to collect money at my residence when I was not there. He abuses my family members which at the end leads my father demise.

By mutual understanding I had made a settlement with the bank to pay Rs. 58000/-. When I see the letter, I asked the executive, 3 payments of 6000 are okay but next of 40000 is not possible for me in one lot. He says you can pay in installments.


He used to came at 7.00 in the morning every month. One day I asked him to come at a later time. He denies.

Till August 2018, he was given cheques and cash. In August 2018, I told him now I will be paying online payments. What he says is you need a ID for payment and if you pay it will not be accepted. I says okay. I will still pay online.

Now I started paying online at a particular date and paid till Feb 2019.

On March 3, 2019, when I sent him a message and calls him to provide No Due Certificate, he was silent.

On April 3, 2019, I sent a mail to their customer service regarding the same and I was surprised that they are asking me to pay 47000/- as Outstanding amount.

Still they are calling me and abusing me for the same, but do not understand my point.

This is part of settlement letter.

Now one question is if this will be valid till June 2018, how could Jitender comes up to collect money till August 2018.
